General description: decorative shrub, reaching 100-150 cm high and 60 cm wide,
Flowering: from July to September
Flowers: large inflorescences with a diameter of 20 cm, depending on the type of soil the flowers take on the color of pink, purple to dark blue.
Leaves: pale green that turn red in autumn
Requirements / Cultivation: grows best in semi-shade, fertile, humus, acidic or neutral soil.
This variety is resistant to low temperatures, does not need covering for the winter.
Hydrangea macrophylla ’Renate’
Is one of the most beautiful varieties of low shrubs with seasonal leaves and big rounded flower heads in the colours from dark violet through various blues and lavender to pink. The soil will affect flower colour - acid soil makes flowers head towards blue and alkaline producing pink.
It blooms from June to September and reaches up to 1.5 m in height.
Prefers partially shaded place, sheltered from the wind. In the sun will produce less flowers. Requires a slightly acidic soil rich in humus.
Moderate frost resistance. Recommended to be covered for the winter.
Ideal for home gardens or parks, for growing in containers or mixed borders, as cut flowers or dry bouquets.

Hydrangea arborescens ’Anabelle’ (Hydrangea arborescens ’Annabelle’)
General description: deciduous shrub, with an upright habit of growth, growing up to 1.5 m high.
Leaves: large, light green leaves.
Flowering: blooms from June to the end of August,
Flowers: spherical, white and creamy, occurring from the second half of June to August,
Requirements / Cultivation: sunny position, as moist as possible, sheltered from winds; mineral fertilization required; cutting in early spring.
Climbing Hydrangea (Hydrangea petiolaris)
Staggering, white inflorescences! A strong growing climber.
It can be grown as a 2 meter, stand-alone shrub! Beacause of its roots it climbs porous supports well, grows up to 8 meters, annually grows to 1 m. Perfect as a groundcover. The leaves turn yellow in autumn. Flowers are clustered in large (up to 25 cm), white canopy-like inflorescences, flowers in VI- VII. It grows well in shade and partial shade in a sheltered spot, likes acidic, moist soil. Frost-proof.
