Oriental Bittersweet ’Diana’ oval-leaf female (Celastrus orbiculatus ’Diana’)

A clockwise-twisting creeper, an interesting decoration with its light green leaves and orange and red fruit that persists on the bare branches the entire winter! A vigorous climber twisting around supports, growing up to 12 m. The annual growth is in the range of 1-4 m. Blooms in May / June. From October to December it has very eye-catching yellow and red fruit - inedible.

Another advatage are its leaves, which are green in spring and deep yellow in autumn. There are no specific requirements for soil and position, it is also frostproof. Its polinator may be a male variaty, for example Hercules.
