Kamczacka Berry ’Nimfa’ (Lonicera kamtchatica ’Nimfa’)
General description: a Russian variety with very tasty, sweet, aromatic fruits.
Fruit: ripening at the turn of May and June.
It begins to yield as early as 2-3 years after planting. After a few years, up to 2 kg of fruit can be harvested from one plant. Long-lived and frost-resistant shrub. It grows up to 1.5 m high.
It yields the best fruit in a well-sunlit position; to be planted in light, permeable and slightly acidic soils. Resistant to diseases and pests. It does not require regular cutting.
