English rose ’White’ (Rosa ’White’)
General description: English roses are often included in the group of park roses. The flowers are large and delicate. Most often full and semi-double, however, there are also single ones. Bushes are best planted in March / April.
Leaves: the leaves grow thickly on the shoots.
Flowering: repeats flowering; flowers appear from June to autumn.
Requirements / Cultivation: bright and sun-lit or semi-shaded position; soil reaction: pH 6-6.5. The soil should be enriched with fertilizer or well-distributed compost. English roses require regular fertilization. They do not require annual heavy cutting. They require constant pruning of fading inflorescences.
