

Chinese citrus ’Sadova No1’ (Schisandra chinensis ’Sadova No1’)
General description: Ukrainian, self-pollinating, abundant fruiting cultivar with large fruits.
Grows up to a height of about 10 m high, the annual increase is 1 m.
Flowers: white, small flowers develop at the turn of the June-July.
Fruit: fruits very abundantly 4-6 years after planting.
Maturing: in September you can collect up to 5 kg of fruit from one plant.
Citrus fruits can be eaten raw or after processing, eg. in the form of dried fruit or juice. This magnolia vine (schisandra) is planted in well-lit and sheltered positions. Requires fertile, moist soil. Can not stand drought or drying of the ground.
It is completely frost-resistant, it can withstand the temperature of -30 °C.
Perfect for pergolas, walls of buildings.
